Brief Intro to these Stunning Cottages…
Mojito Events are delighted to be working with these stunning cottages located close to Penrith in the Lake District. Once a 17th century farmstead, these amazing farm buildings have been carefully and superbly re-designed into nine amazing cottages around a picturesque courtyard sleeping 14, 8, 8, 4, 4, 4, 2 and 2 guests.
The whole courtyard can be booked for large groups of up to 46 guests or groups can of course book a number of adjoining properties giving ultimate flexibility with group sizes.
Different cottage choices offer different combinations of spa baths, saunas and outdoor hot tubs but we’ll always do our best to make sure our groups have a hot tub within their booking to use during your stay….plus you will also have use of a local spa during your stay too!

You’re in a great location here too for an abundance of outdoor activities plus Windermere and Ambleside are a 30-40 minute drive away too.
These beautiful cottages really do provide the most gorgeous setting for a hen, Birthday or celebratory weekend in The Lake District but please do bear in mind that due to the number of cottages here, there are likely to be families staying here at the same time as you and whilst you will be made to feel most welcome, they may not be suitable for a more ‘rowdy’ group! We have other great options for you though if you feel this may be an issue.
