Step inside through the grand arched doorway and into the main hall—a dramatic two-storey open-plan barn designed for socialising. Exposed beams, rustic brickwork, and soaring ceilings give the space its unique charm, while underfloor heating and a cosy log burner ensure comfort all year round.

Modern features -including a Smart TV, WiFi, Bluetooth speakers, and an incredible indoor SwimSpa – create the perfect blend of luxury and fun.

Entertaining

This gorgeous barn is designed so your whole group can celebrate together, yet still enjoy different activities at the same time.

The huge living area offers plenty of comfortable seating, making it ideal for relaxing with cocktails or sharing laughs with the whole gang. A 7ft pool table sits nearby, adding even more entertainment into the mix.

The home bar, complete with a wine fridge is one of our favourite features. It’s perfect for the essential bottles of fizz! The reclaimed-wood dining table seats up to 22 guests with ease, making it ideal for a private chef experience arranged through Mojito Events.

The adjoining kitchen opens into the main barn through a sliding partition, giving you the option to create one enormous, spectacular space. With a large social island, induction range cooker, American fridge-freezer, two dishwashers, and a second fridge and cooker, the kitchen is fully equipped for large groups.

From here, you can step outside through the west-facing French doors to watch the sunset or head into the stylish glass pergola in the centre courtyard. The courtyard also features a fire pit and BBQ… perfect for alfresco fun.

You won’t need to leave the property for entertainment. The incredible 15ft indoor SwimSpa with hydrotherapy seating is ideal for swimming or relaxing. For fresh-air fans, there’s also an outdoor hot tub overlooking the peaceful grounds.

The barn features 10 en-suite bedrooms, sleeping up to 22 guests in comfort and style.

Each bedroom features colourful touches and stunning up-cycled silk sari bedspreads, creating a cosy and characterful space. One ground-floor bedroom also offers en-suite access suitable for guests with limited mobility.
