- The transformation from a traditional farm house and old stables, this property has been converted to a high standard with a luxurious yet homely feel throughout with beautiful warm interiors and fabulous furnishings.
- The nicely designed open plan living areas provide plenty of communal spaces. As well as the spacious kitchen and dining room, there are three lounge areas all with flat screen free view TV’s.
- Just a few metres across the gravelled drive, there is a games room in the barn with a pool table, dart board and TV.
- This property has a substantial open plan modern dining kitchen – for aspiring chefs it makes cooking and dining for large groups a dream! The kitchen is fully equipped to make catering for large groups as easy as possible. There is a large American style fridge /freezer with ice making facilities, double oven electric range cooker, microwave, dishwasher and all the other items essential for making your stay comfortable and more importantly easy. There is also a utility room with an additional double oven.
- Towards the rear of the property has a wonderful communal dining room for up to 30 guests. You can dine overlooking the garden with large bi-fold doors affording a light and airy feel.

Being located on the South Western edge of the Peak District National Park, this property is an ideal base from which to explore the local area. Positioned on the Staffordshire Moorlands between the River Dove to the East and the River Manifold to the West, there are nearby caves and caverns to explore and The Roaches, with Hen Cloud and Ramshaw Rocks providing an abundance of rock climbing, cycling and walking. Dove Dale and the Manifold Valley are within easy reach.
The famous Derbyshire spa town of Buxton is a 10 – 15 minute drive with its Opera House, pavilion gardens and theatre. The popular market towns of Bakewell and Ashbourne are both within 20 minutes drive away. Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, Tissington Hall and Alton Towers are all within a half hour drive.
