Brighton’s Beach Boutique is a property that is just MADE for hens. The stylish decor, beach side location and ROOF TERRACE makes it a true gem for our hens looking for a special place to spend their special weekend. The Beach Boutique is ideally situated in a quiet road (but very central), an easy five-minute walk from the station, right next to the funky North Laines and within a short walk of all attractions and entertainment. The house includes a gorgeous penthouse roof garden for those early evening cocktails, plus hair & make-up bar, with chill out area on the top floor!
Bedrooms & Bathrooms…
There are four good sized double bedrooms with a total of 12 very comfortable single beds. Note in three rooms the beds can be zip linked together to provide a huge Queen sized double on request. Two of the bedrooms have a large en-suite bathroom attached with a shower and also have a balcony to the front.

- Open plan entertainment space leading into the dining area with a huge industrial dining table; benches can comfortably seat 15 diners – ideal for hosting a dinner party or perhaps one of our fabulous Private Chefs to produce some cullinary excellence!
- Small garden to the rear which is secure and safe if you have children
- The penthouse floor is another great entertaining space with a hair and makeup bar complete with hair dryers and ‘Hollywood’ makeup mirrors – plus a small chill out area with great views over Brighton!
- Penthouse floor also has a large roof garden for those cocktail evenings or summer yoga classes!

The neighbourhood is really fab, the house is situated in a quiet tree lined residential road that is also pedestrianised. So central yet so quiet you are going to love it. The road is just next to the trendy North Laines area and a stones throw away from the station. This is the ideal base to explore Brighton and you are a short 15 minute walk away from the seafront.
