Mojito Events are thrilled to offer this stunning Villa & Lodge on the Great Orme in Llandudno. With spectacular mountain views and a high-quality recent renovation, this incredible site includes two properties, a Villa sleeping up to 12 guests and a Lodge sleeping up to 7 guests.

Entertaining

Perfectly positioned at one of the highest points on the Great Orme headland, this beautifully modernised character property delivers uninterrupted views across Llandudno Bay, its coastline and rolling countryside. On a clear day, you can even see as far as the Isle of Man, Blackpool, and the Lake District.

Set within private landscaped grounds, the Villa features a spacious terrace, grassed garden areas, mature rockeries and shrubs, plus generous parking for several vehicles.

Inside, the bright and airy L-shaped lounge offers a calm and comfortable place to relax. It includes three 3-seater sofas, a central coffee table, a 55-inch Smart TV and six large windows showcasing the breathtaking scenery.

The adjoining dining room provides an elegant, character-filled setting with seating for up to 12 guests. Its beamed ceiling, wood block flooring and original ornamental fire surround create the perfect blend of tradition and modern style. It’s ideal for dinner parties, hosting drinks, or enjoying a meal prepared by one of our private chefs.

A selection of board games is also available for a fun and competitive end to the evening.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped for anyone who loves cooking, and there is a utility room with a washing machine, ironing board and drying rack. Guests will also find a breakfast room with additional seating for up to 10 people and a peaceful study area.

At the end of the breakfast room, an archway leads into the relaxing sun room. Here, two informal chairs sit in front of a large picture window overlooking Llandudno Bay, the perfect spot to unwind.

Outside, the gated private grounds offer an ideal place to soak in the views. Whether you enjoy afternoon tea on the terrace or a glass of wine on a warm summer evening, the gardens provide a peaceful and picturesque setting.
