This fantastic home boasts plenty of space for entertaining. The large sitting room and dining room both overlook an enclosed courtyard garden, lawn, and patio, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow.
The open-plan kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring a double oven Rangemaster, six-ring ceramic hob, large fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. A kitchen dining table seats six, complemented by a spacious island perfect for meal prep. Whether you’re a budding Gordon Ramsay or just love cooking with friends, this kitchen has you covered.
Next to the kitchen is a utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and an adjacent shower room with WC.
The dining room features a large banqueting table that seats 16 guests. Internal patio doors connect it to the games room, allowing both spaces to open up into one large entertaining area. Imagine hosting a cocktail masterclass here with one of our fantastic suppliers!
The games room and sitting room share a cosy fireplace with a wood-burning stove. The sitting room has French doors that open to the garden, while the dining room overlooks the lawn and courtyard—ideal for summer gatherings. Relax on the comfortable sofas and chairs in the sitting room or enjoy a game of pool in the games room.
Outside, the enclosed courtyard offers patio tables and chairs for alfresco dining. There’s also a large gas BBQ with all necessary tools for outdoor feasting when the weather’s warm. The lawned garden features timber picnic tables and two cast-iron round tables, each seating eight guests.
For ultimate relaxation, unwind in the six-seater Jacuzzi hot tub or the outdoor pine sauna cabin.
Parking is easy with an in-and-out driveway that accommodates several cars and includes an electric vehicle charging point. Please note, the driveway is not gated.
