Mojito Events is so thrilled to be offer this superb house for a hen party or group travelling to Brighton for the weekend! It really has a wow factor in terms of interior design – some of the rooms and some of the bathrooms there is open brick and the whole effect is very much of a high end boutique hotel style.
Entertaining…
- The entrance is at the back of the property and is up a few steps. You first go through a secure entry gate and then up the steps to the door. This leads into the large kitchen/ diner.
- Beautifully designed and with everything you need to self cater, the kitchen is the heart if the property. Very practical, very stylish. An alcove area has dining for your group with large dining table and benches to seat all guests. There is a also a breakfast bar – the perfect spot for laying out a gorgeous buffet or grazing boards from our fantastic Private Chefs!
- The Kitchen includes a large fridge, oven and dishwasher.
- On the first floor is the stunning living room. Plenty of space & beautifully styled with two sofa beds and a large LCD tv. The house has free WiFi too – get snapping those Insta worthy pics!

There are 3 spacious bedrooms, 1 sofa bed in the living room, and 2 beautiful modern bathrooms;

Right at the heart of Brighton this gorgeous property is close to shops, pubs, & bars – ideal to enjoy a night out in Brighton hassle free! There is a gorgeous beach located just a short walk from the property – perfect for soaking up the summer sunshine and enjoy the sights that Brighton has to offer. Mojito Events have tonnes of fantastic activities for you to pair with this property – head out for cocktails, enjoy a 3 course meal, or maybe enjoy the sights from the i360 experience with a glass of fizz for good measure! Whatever you choose, we’ll take care of everything from start to finish!
