Mojito Events are SO excited to offer this idyllic rural barn complete with an outdoor hot tub – the ultimate countryside escape! Tucked away down a quiet farm track, this gorgeous barn is the perfect place to relax, unwind and celebrate with your favourite people.

The unique granary bedroom gives you the ultimate sleepover experience. It’s spacious, full of character, and big enough for dancing, games, and late-night laughs. Whether you’re planning a hen do, birthday celebration, or a chilled group getaway, this barn is the PERFECT place to make unforgettable memories.

Entertaining

Designed with group stays in mind, this converted barn has amazing open-plan spaces that bring everyone together.

Upstairs, the huge granary loft features 12 handcrafted beds – ideal for a classic sleepover-style stay. Downstairs, the open-plan living area has exposed beams, a wood-burning stove and cosy sofas, creating a warm, welcoming space for all your celebrations.

The fully fitted kitchen includes modern appliances and a large dining table, making group meals a breeze. And if you’d rather relax, Mojito can arrange treats such as afternoon tea, gin tasting, cocktail evenings or pamper nights. There’s something for every group!

Outside, you’ll find a spacious patio with outdoor seating, a BBQ area and the all-important hot tub – perfect for sipping bubbles under the stars.

The barn offers three flexible sleeping spaces, including the incredible loft-style granary.

The nearest village is Thornton-le-Dale, a charming spot with everything you need. You’ll find two welcoming pubs, local shops, a bakery and several cosy cafés. There’s also a fish and chip shop and a pizza takeaway/delivery – ideal for easy dinners after a long day of relaxing.

If you fancy a night out, York is only a 25-30 minute drive away, giving you the best of both worlds: peaceful countryside days and vibrant city nights.
