This is an ideal base for groups of up to 16 guests…plus here are also a couple of sofa beds if you have a few more than 16 in your group too. It has a perfectly central location & is great value for money too.

With seven great bedrooms, most of which are en-suite & located on the top two floors of the house, there is also a large kitchen & lounge area too…the perfect space for pre-drinks, breakfast, a grazing table or a silent disco maybe! Due to it’s super central location, this property does not have any outdoor space but it is literally a 3 minute walk to Brighton beach. Furthermore, you are just a short stroll to the main bar/restaurant area of this fantastic city (just a short stumble home!)

You are right in the heart of Brighton by staying in this property without the extortionate price-tag that some town centre properties can demand. Brighton is a vibrant, cool, chic town & summer vibes just don’t get any better than here. There’s a reason why the higgledy-piggledy alleys & avenues are one of the city’s biggest draws. The shabby, colourful North Laine is the place to head for cracking coffee, pastries & incredible second-hand shopping, whereas the more tranquil, historical Lanes (to the south) are home to lovely restaurants, bars & artsy little boutiques.
