Outdoors, enjoy a luxury 10-seater hot tub under a wooden gazebo, a heated swimming pool (open April to October), a covered BBQ kitchen and bar area, al-fresco dining space, fire pit, and a spacious cabin hut for year-round gatherings. There’s also an outdoor table tennis table, a children’s play area, and over an acre of grounds for games like football and cricket.

Inside, the standout feature is the large games room and bar area, designed for non-stop fun. Enjoy a professional dartboard, multi-games table, karaoke machine, and a dedicated photo spot with a flower wall. The cosy living room with a wood-burning stove and Sky TV (including Netflix) offers a perfect space to unwind. The nearest town, Lampeter being only a mile away  Lampeter is a historic university town which has all local amenities needed. There’s 2 supermarkets, bakeries, butchers. Lots of cafes and pubs – lots of choice if you fancy eating out. If you’d prefer to eat in there theres plenty of take away choices – 2 Indian, 2 Chinese and 2 fish and chip shops.

Located just 12 miles from the beautiful Ceredigion Coastline, famous for it’s beautiful 60 mile long coastline. Including the harbour town of Aberaeron, the fishing town of New Quay and of course the beautiful Ceredigion coastal path.

The Brecon Beacons National Park is only an hour’s drive away, where you can take in all the spectacular views and climb Pen Y Fan (highest peak in South Wales)
