Nestled into 1.4 acres of beautiful gardens, this stylish gated property now welcomes Mojito groups with open arms!  From the outside, the property looks look slightly inconspicuous.  But once through the front door, a stunning, modern party mansion awaits.  Nestled in a gorgeous Essex town called Newport, it is located in a a picturesque area that offers a delightful blend of historic charm & modern amenities. With its idyllic countryside position, you are also just a one hour drive or one hour train ride to the centre of London so if you fancy a day or night out in the Big Smoke, it’s not out of the question at all. Why not spend the day in the city and catch a show or flamboyant bottomless brunch?  Chelmsford, Cambridge & Bishop’s Stortford are also just short drives away for endless entertainment & drinking/dining opportunities.

Entertaining…

This lovely property has a fabulous, modern, open-plan & breakfast room with all the mod-cons you could wish for.  In addition to this are a further THREE reception rooms plus a conservatory that currently houses a ping-pong table!  The house also boasts a pool table & loads of outdoor space too…ideal for a picnic, afternoon tea, games, a BBQ or activities.  There is an outdoor seating area too.  Please note that both indoor & outdoor dining areas don’t seat all guests but are of course perfect for more informal dining, grazing tables, party food & one pot meals.
