The property is situated in the centre of Dronfield in the ‘village’ conservation area and was re-built in the mid 1700’s, and the house contains many period Georgian features. Set in grounds of an acre, the property has a large and comfortable lounge area – perfect for relaxing and catching up on all the gossip over drinks. There is also a large TV with a games console, games room, bluetooth sound system, pool table & ping pong table for your use during your stay, and coming in spring is a fabulous karaoke room – ideal for the Shania or Beyonce in your group! The kitchen is large and spacious, equipped with all modern appliances and fittings – don’t fancy cooking during your big weekend? No problem! Mojito have tonnes of options for catering, whether you fancy some fine dining, or if pizza and prosecco hits the spot, the choice is entirely yours. The outdoor space really hits the spot with this fabulous property – with a BBQ, pizza oven, ample dining space for all guests to enjoy some al fresco drinks and nibbles, and the best bit… yep, you know we love a good hot tub!!! WiFi is included throughout the property as well as private parking for all multiple cars.
