Designed with groups in mind, the heart of the house is the spacious open-plan kitchen and living area – the perfect place to gather over a few bottles of fizz. The fully equipped kitchen features a large central island, dining table and comfortable seating, making it ideal for everything from private chef dining experiences to relaxed brunches the morning after.

Outside, you’ll find approximately one acre of private gardens, a fabulous wood-fired hot tub, outdoor seating and plenty of space for garden games, cocktail waiters or one of our fantastic outdoor activities. There’s also ample off-road parking directly in front of the property for the whole group.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms…

The property comfortably sleeps up to 19 guests across 8 spacious bedrooms. Seven beautifully presented bedrooms each feature a king-size bed and their own en-suite bathroom, while the eighth bedroom offers bunk beds.

The layout includes four bedrooms on the first floor and three on the ground floor, with wardrobes and drawer space throughout. For groups of more than 16 guests, there are three additional sofa beds available (please note bedding for the sofa beds will need to be provided by guests).

Please note this is a working farm. Some bedroom windows overlook the farmyard and there may be occasional traffic noise from the road at the front of the property.
