Mojito Events are absolutely delighted to be able to offer this amazing country home to our wonderful groups!  Located just 30 minutes from York city centre, this property provides the most exclusive stay for your group & can accommodate 14-16 guests in 7 sumptuous  individually designed bedrooms.  Set in its own very private landscaped garden, this new build luxurious home has been designed by the owners with pure entertainment & relaxation in mind.

The social hub of the house is a very generous main lounge which has three large leather sofas set around a log burning stove…perfect for getting everyone together and playing one of the huge selection of games.  There is a huge Smart TV with surround sound, DVD player, You View and Netflix.   A second lounge provides a PS4, Xbox 360 & an amazing sound system too which controls music throughout the house!  The large dining table ‘flips’ to become a full size pool table & as if all that wasn’t enough, there is also a separate cinema room!

The kitchen & dining areas have extreme entertaining in mind offering a large American style fridge freezer, an honesty bar, two dining tables, coffee machine & warming drawers.  So whether you’re cooking up  feast yourselves or we arrange a private chef to come to you, there isn’t anything that hasn’t been thought of.

The outdoor area of this property is simply awesome.  For alfresco dining, there is a huge outdoor dining area that sits over 16 people & in addition to this, there is an African hut which can seat 12 people along with a large gas BBQ.  Without doubt one of the main wow factors is a stunning (& completely private) large south west facing terrace with fabulous views over open fields.  The terrace also boasts a large hot tub, comfortable seating & a couple of sun loungers. The terrace is fitted with outside lighting so it can be enjoyed both in the day or into the evening & it even has an adjoining kitchenette with fridge to keep the champagne chilled!

This property sleeps 14-16 guests, making it absolutely perfect for larger groups. When booking an exclusive property we always recommend choosing a property that you can fill to capacity (or almost!), meaning good value for money as well as having an incredible weekend away!
