This exclusive use property is a beautiful Georgian farmhouse sat with uninterrupted views across the South Downs and Amberley Castle. With its private estate walks, swimming pool, tennis courts, games room, hot tub and fire pit, it truly is a unique home. This stunning location is available to hire exclusively for group get togethers, girly weekends and a beautiful break from reality!

The house is approached along a private road with plenty of parking available. From the moment you arrive you will feel right at home! On the ground floor, there is a large dining room with enough seating for your entire group. Our large traditional country kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook a fantastic meal, including an AGA and separate ovens and hobs. Whether you decide to do it yourself or bring a professional chef, this property is ideally equipped for group celebrations. Leaving the dining room, you will find a cozy drawing room complete with a large wood burner.

The property has eleven fantastic bedrooms, four bathrooms and two separate toilets sleeping up to 20 guests in total. All bedding, linen and towels are provided for you to ensure your stay is hassle free. Eight of the bedrooms are located in the main house. There is an accessible bedroom on the ground floor and a further three bedrooms are in the Annex which is right next door. The master bedroom boasts a large roof terrace which enjoys some of the best views of the South Downs. There is furniture on the terrace so you can enjoy a drink or two and watch the sun rise over Amberley Castle. Sounds perfect, doesn’t it?! Well we can go one better – there is also full use of a swimming pool and hot tub!

There is also a well-equipped games room with a full-size snooker table, table football, darts board, sound system and sofas. Why not bring the party to you?!
