The property can sleep up to 15 guests comfortably in seven elegant bedrooms (5 double bedrooms, 1 twin room, 1 single room & a double sofa bed).  The kitchen has been designed in a really lovely contemporary design & comes complete with a range cooker & hob, making it ideal for playing host to large groups, and an extensive range of cooking equipment is provided.  From the kitchen is a sitting area with a warming wood-burner with an archway leading you into the dining room where you will find a large dining table.  The property boasts two further reception rooms which are ideal for games, chilling & relaxing.

Set in beautiful ancient woodland beside the River Clywedog, the beautifully maintained gardens are simply gorgeous & feature a pond, lovely lawns & views to die for.  There are two lovely patio areas with outdoor seating as well as a BBQ.

You’re just a short drive from Llangollen with it’s abundance of outdoor activities such as white water rafting, kayaking or horse riding or why not opt for something more relaxing like a spa day or vintage afternoon tea.  We can also arrange for activities to take place at the property such as a gin tasting, cocktail master-class, butler or caterer…the choice is yours!
