Located in East Yorkshire, between Bridlington and Scarborough, this unique retreat is perfect for groups of 10-13 guests who want serious wow factor for their celebration weekend. Whether you’re planning a hen party, birthday or a relaxing group break, this place delivers.

Entertaining

This gorgeous mill combines rustic charm with all the modern comforts you need. It offers total privacy and plenty of spaces to make unforgettable memories.

There are two spacious living areas, each with comfy seating, beautiful views and cosy log burners. In addition, you’ll find a brilliant games room complete with a pool table, air hockey and a cool chill-out area. These generous spaces make it easy for Mojito to bring the fun to you — whether that’s life drawing, a craft workshop, a private chef, wine tasting, a grazing table or even a cheeky butler. Whatever you fancy, we can arrange it!

The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious, with a dining table for the whole group and an extra breakfast bar for relaxed morning coffees.

And then there’s the outside space… honestly, it’s incredible. You’ll have an elevated hot tub, loungers for sunbathing, an acre of lawn for games or picnics, and gorgeous seating areas beside your very own outdoor pizza oven. If you want to take things up a notch, we can also arrange a BBQ or pizza chef for the ultimate al fresco feast.
