• A talk by a master chocolatier revealing secrets and tips on how to perfectly temper chocolate
• You will learn about single origin chocolate, where our chocolate comes from and the history of chocolate
• You will then create our own chocolate truffles with your preferred chocolate, and you will also mould your very own chocolate bar
• And of course you’ll have all your chocolate goodies to take home with you too!
