To reach the property you’ll drive through the beautiful Welsh valleys before journeying through an extensive 2,500 acre forest for 2 miles before reaching your destination, where it opens out to stunning views of the valley & far reaching expanse of the Cambrian hills.
You’ll have exclusive access to the 6 acres of land offering a large natural pond, woodlands, forest walks, open grassy areas, & the large flat area that is perfect for games – re-enact your school days with an old school sports day, or perhaps an outdoor yoga class during the warmer months! The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen & dining area, cosy living room with wood burner, a snug and porch with large picture window to enjoy the garden and valley views. There are 3 glamping pods, and each pod has an outdoor gas fired hot rainfall shower, flushing toilet and hand basin. The pods are fully insulated and have log burners for a true cosy glamping experience, they have blackout thermal curtains for warmth and privacy. There is also a barn for use during your stay, however there are no sleeping arrangements in the barn – it has comfy sofas around a cosy log burner, large TV (with Netflix), shuffleboard table, darts board and a selection of board and card games. There is a large dining area & fully equipped kitchen and WC. Outside there is an undercover self heating hot tub, seating area, BBQ, fire pit and chiminea, table tennis table, badminton / volleyball net and a selection of outdoor games.

Surrounded by forest the property offers excellent biking, hiking, walking, bird watching and nature spotting opportunities. There’s a pub in the local village open from 8pm till late. Ruins of an 11th Century Cistercian Abbey is open to visitors. The Elan valley and Red Kite feeding centre are also very popular with tourists. The towns of Rhayader (the gateway to the Elan Valley) and Llandrindod Wells (a Victorian Spa town) are a short drive away and have a variety of pubs, eateries, supermarkets and shops.
