Mojito Events are thrilled to be able to offer our clients this fabulous property. This luxurious Edwardian house is located a 40 minute drive from Leeds city centre & is located in the Yorkshire countryside with gorgeous views over the moors to the Dales.  Sleeping up to 12 guests, this is  the perfect retreat for a smaller group celebration & has oodles of charm, traditional features & elegance too.

Entertaining…

The kitchen is very well equipped & there is a spacious dining room with dining/seating for up to 12 guests.  The spacious lounge is large yet spacious & has a real log burning stove.  There is also a games room with a fuss-ball table, an X-box One, a selection of board games & a large screen TV with blu-ray and Netflix. Outside, this property continues to impress with a fantastic 10-seater hot tub which has views over the Yorkshire moors…the view gets even better after a glass of prosecco!  There is a flat lawn (for all you croquet lovers out there!), half an acre of gardens & a paved terrace with outdoor seating.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms…

Four big bedrooms, two of which are en-suite, will comfortably sleep up to eleven guests & an extra bathroom with a free standing bath & shower.

Nearby…

We can make arrangements for activities to take place in the property such as a private chef, pamper party, butler, cocktail master-class or gin tasting for example.  As you’re a 40 minute drive from Leeds city centre, a night out is not out of the question at all. There are several small towns & villages close by including Ilkley which has some lovely restaurants so a wee tipple / evening meal is not out of the question either!
