Introduction
This stunning farmhouse offers eleven beautifully furnished bedrooms with flexible accommodation for up to thirty guests. Set in a completely private location, it is accessed via a long driveway. The property enjoys uninterrupted views across the Peak District. Guests can relax in a Scandinavian-style wood-fired hot tub or enjoy the games room during their stay.
Entertaining
The farmhouse is ideal for entertaining large groups. At the heart of the home is a hand-made country kitchen featuring a traditional electric Aga. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the modern appliances you need to self-cater with ease.
The kitchen opens into a spacious dining area. Four large farmhouse tables provide flexible seating for up to thirty guests. French doors flood the room with natural light and lead onto a paved terrace. Even if it is chilly outside, you can enjoy the stunning views from the dining table.
The open-plan lounge and dining room features solid oak floors and lofty beams. A wall of glass doors overlooks the garden and rolling countryside beyond. One end of the room serves as a dining area, while the other offers relaxed seating with a TV and sofas.
The farmhouse also includes a magnificent games room. Here, you can enjoy a game of pool, watch a film on the wall-mounted cinema TV, or relax at the bar.
Outside, the terrace has plenty of seating for al-fresco dining on warm evenings. The 2m wide Scandinavian-style wood-fired hot tub sits under a hand-built, open-sided gazebo. This location provides the perfect spot to take in the far-reaching countryside views.
