Mojito Events are thrilled to introduce this newly refurbished Farmhouse with hot tub. This stylish property combines stunning original features with a fresh, modern finish. Set in peaceful private surroundings, it is ideal for hen weekends, family trips, or groups of friends looking for a luxury Lake District getaway.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a double oven and everything you need to cook for a group of 12. If you want to fully relax, Mojito Events can arrange a private chef to prepare a delicious two or three-course meal for your whole group.

The dining table seats 12 and is the perfect space for a cocktail masterclass, wine tasting, or a fun pre-party gathering. After dinner, you can enjoy a game of pool in the games room or even host a silent disco in the cosy conservatory.

Outside, the large party hot tub is a real highlight and a favourite for hen celebrations. There is also plenty of outdoor seating for drinks under the stars. The property comes with private off-road parking for four cars and has its own secure entrance.

The Farmhouse with Hot Tub sits in the Northern Lake District in Cumbria, just 15 minutes from the M6. The area is known for its cosy micro-pubs, scenic walks, and great places to eat, with plenty of options within a 25-minute drive.

All guests also receive free access to the excellent leisure facilities at a local spa in Penrith, around 15 minutes away. Enjoy a 13-metre swimming pool, a large steam room, a hot whirlpool spa and twin Finnish saunas. Please note that pre-booking is required and access is offered in small groups.
