Upon entering this magnificent property to your left you will find a cosy living space equipped with a large wall mounted smart TV, comfortable sofas including a double sofa bed and a cosy fire to sit and enjoy a night by the fire on the colder nights! There is a separate dining area suitable for 4 guests following onto a lovely bright conservatory with extra seating. The cottage boasts a spacious kitchen area with high quality appliances including a dishwasher and microwave oven. The kitchen is extremely modern and fully equipped with all the cutlery and crockery you could need to make a home cooked meal. In the next room you will find a small area with a washing machine and dryer an extra sink and a wine and beer fridge this follows onto a magnificent games room with an ice hockey table/pool table comfortable seating and a large wall mounted smart tv…perfect!!
There is also lovely outdoor seating/ dining area to seat up to 6 guests with a bench to seat an extra 2 people this outdoor area looks out onto the countryside.

Upstairs you will find a spacious family bathroom with modern tiling throughout and a luxury walk in shower with a separate bath. There are 3 bedrooms the first being a double bedroom. The second bedroom is a super king bed which has the added option to be split into 2 singles upon request. The final bedroom has a standard super king bed with an en suite bathroom with a walk in shower. Each bedroom has extremely high quality furnishings fitted wardrobes with plenty of space large wall mounted smart TV’s and perfectly comfortable beds to collapse in after a busy day exploring. Hotel quality bed linen and towels are provided as standard.

York City Centre is roughly a 10-15 minute drive away traffic dependant however there is also a bus stop just a few minutes walk down the road that takes you directly in the centre making access easy if you do not drive.
