The house is situated in the North Laines in the heart of the city with the sea, pier, lovely local bars, cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance. This beautiful house has a bright penthouse roof garden, plus a hair & makeup bar – great for socialising and getting ready for that big night out. This gorgeous, spacious central townhouse has been interior designed in ‘Scandi’ style using wood throughout and lots of natural materials. The house has a lovely, cosy homely feel to make you relax and have a unique and memorable trip to Brighton. The modern kitchen has all amenities including washing machine and dish washer, plus a large fridge/freezer to keep your bubbly cold! If you are cooking at home you will find all the pans and crockery you need, plus tea and coffee is provided along with a Dolce Gusto coffee maker. Follow through to a fantastic open plan lounge with a super comfy antique chesterfield and two sofa beds (should you need them). A huge 50” wall mounted TV, includes Netflix for all your box sets and movies for that chilled night in, we also have an Amazon ‘Alexa’ linked to the music library, plus a Bluetooth speaker for you to link and play your own music. Did someone say pre-drinks?! The open plan entertainment area then leads to the dining area with a with a large built in seating area where you can relax and dine with your friends – or how about enjoy some delicious sharing platters and cocktails?!
Finally the penthouse floor is another great entertaining space with a hair & makeup bar complete with hair dryers and ‘Hollywood’ make up mirrors, plus a cosy lounge area (and great views over Brighton). This sunny and bright penthouse floor also has a large roof garden for you to relax and maybe enjoy a cocktail or summer yoga class! Very swish!
