Mojito Events are delighted to offer this gorgeous, cosy holiday barn located in the homely Lancashire village of Kelbrook.

This Cosy Barn provides perfect accommodation for any kind of large group, with seven en-suite bedrooms that can be adapted for multiple guests in single beds or couples in superking-size doubles!

Outside there is a car park for 7 vehicles YES 7! A patio with giant picnic bench, wood-fired Scandinavian hot tub, BBQ, firepit and lawned area. The property really does have everything to make your memorable weekend as special.

• The large fully-equipped kitchen is open plan through to the dining area which seats up to 24 people!
• In addition the spacious lounge/meeting area has comfy sofas and tub chairs to seat up to 24 people too. Why not use this space to host a cocktail making masterclass or private chef?!
• The real show stopper of this property is the stunning outdoor space, home to the Alpine-style wood fired hot tub – perfect for a soak after a hard day’s fun!
• Please note you have to keep the fire going yourselves (logs are supplied)!

Bedroom 5 sleeps 3 – (3 x singles or 1x single plus 1x double). There is also a double mattress on the floor in the cosy “hayloft” attic area. En-suite shower room.

NB this room is only suitable for people aged 16 and over due to a steep staircase, high ledge and accessible roof window.

The lovely village  of Kelbrook offers visitors the best of both worlds. Within a few minutes’ stroll you can be surrounded by miles of unspoilt countryside, yet in the other direction are bustling towns and great transport links to the rest of the region.

It boasts two pubs – the Craven Heifer contemporary gastro pub right in the centre of the village and the Stone Trough Inn a 10-minute walk away.

If you fancy your hand at clay pigeon shooting the Kelbrook Lodge Shooting School is a fabulous fun day out and a highly recommended activity to pair with your hen/stag party.
