This fantastic Victorian House is located on the outskirts of Chester & is just a short 10 minute stroll in this fabulous city.  Chester is a truly sophisticated, wonderful & interesting city & this is a unique opportunity to book a large property that can accommodate large groups…they really are few & far between.

The property has 8 bedrooms which can sleep 22 guests in a combination of double & single beds & there is an extra sofa bed in one of the bedrooms too enabling this fabulous property sleep up to 24 guests very comfortably.

There is a large, functional kitchen on the ground floor of the property which leads to a huge dining space.  This really is a fabulous space & there is seating for all members of the group for dining.  We can arrange a vintage afternoon tea party, a private chef, cocktail master-class or gin tasting for you…this really is the perfect ‘party’ space.  There is also a spacious lounge for you to get together too.  The property has a very sweet garden to the rear of the property with space to hire a hot tub if required.
