Entertaining…

This amazing property has incredible space, with a large living area & comfortable seating for all guests. There are 2 50″ HD Ready Smart TVs, perfect for a relaxing night in with a few glasses of wine to catch up, or a cosy movie night after your journey with some nibbles & snacks! There is a good sized kitchen with everything you need for a self catering stay. Don’t fancy cooking? Fancy a weekend out of the kitchen being treated like a VIP? Mojito Events have got just the ticket – why not have one of our fantastic private chefs whip up a feast for you and your guests? And maybe even a cocktail waiter to provide drinks for you all night?! The choice is yours!

There is a large dining table, perfect for hosting a dinner party or some games! Why not host a cocktail making masterclass of your very own? There is ample seating for all guests around the table. There is also an amazing indoor pool and hot tub which is exclusively yours throughout your stay – anyone for a pool party?! Don’t forget your bikini/trunks!

Outside there is a large south facing  private garden, with outdoor lighting and seating. A real little sun trap with plenty of space for dining al fresco – did someone say BBQ?!

There are seven spacious bedrooms sleeping up to 25 guests, some of which are en-suite! There is a mix of en suite, toilets and family bathrooms throughout the property;

Bedroom 2 – 2 x single beds
Bedroom 3 – 2 x single beds
Bedroom 4 – 2 x single beds
Bedroom 5 – 1 x king bed, 1 x single bed, 2 x triple bunks (single top/double bottom)
Bedroom 6 – 1 x king bed, 1 x single bed, 1 x bunk bed
Bedroom 7 – 1 x king bed, 1 x single bed

A further 2 guests (27 total) can be accommodated with use of a double sofa bed in the living area.

Both Bath & Bristol are location a short drive away, perfect for anyone wanting to head into the main cities and explore the shops, bars and cafes in the area.
