Complete with a stunning outdoor entertaining area, wood-fired hot tub and incredible views of the surrounding countryside, this fabulous property is perfect for a weekend of R&R, catching up, drinks & good food no matter what the occasion!

The ground floor comprises a fantastic open-plan living area with comfy sofas, a dining table seating over 16, a superb designer kitchen with two two-door ovens (ideal for hiring a private chef to rustle up a feast for your group), fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, wine cooler (most important feature of course…), and granite work surfaces. A  fantastic conservatory / garden room providing extra seating, with wood burning stove included – ideal if you fancy a cosy catch up indoors over a glass of wine or two and some nibbles! To the rear of the cottage is a raised decked area, looking out into woodland with outdoor furniture and a private garden where you will see and hear the resident woodpeckers! Creating an ideal spot in which to enjoy the afternoon sun and sunsets, there is also a new covered outdoor kitchen at the side of the cottage, including pizza oven, BBQ, bar area, fridge, and fire-pit built into a seating area at the front (did someone say BBQ chef?!), which offers great views across to the coast and towards the Lake District. At the rear of the conservatory, overlooking the woods behind, there is a new wood fired hot tub – to enjoy peaceful evenings and enjoy the colder nights.

As well as Blackpool being a short drive away for any seaside lovers, the gorgeous Lancaster Castle is also nearby, perfect for any budding historians. Garstang Town is also approx 4 miles from the property, ideal for a spot of shopping and to ensure you don’t run out of the essentials – maybe even a pub lunch or an afternoon tipple or two! For any outdoor lovers there is also quad biking, fly fishing and clay shooting located nearby, as well as the beautiful Lake District a short drive away.
