Downstairs, the huge open-plan kitchen / living / dining / conservatory area, which can be heated with a wood-burning stove on colder days. There is a large dining table and chairs for 12, with an additional breakfast bar and stools for three, make the most of the huge dining space and host your own cocktail making masterclass, or how about a dinner party with a private chef to cater for your group?

A conservatory overlooks the private garden area with outdoor seating, which is visited daily by woodpeckers and other wildlife. There is an outdoor kitchen area with BBQ, pizza oven, fire pit and wood fired hot tub. Imagine sipping fizz on a warm evening whilst catching up with friends, HEAVEN!

Garstang Town is also approx 4 miles from the property, ideal for a spot of shopping and to ensure you don’t run out of the essentials – maybe even a pub lunch or an afternoon tipple or two! For any outdoor lovers there is also quad biking, fly fishing and clay shooting located nearby, as well as the beautiful Lake District a short drive away.
