This Stunning Mansion is nestled in the gorgeous town of Cockermouth in the Lake District. This stunning property used to be the former school of William Woodsworth and Christian Fletcher so really is a formidable building steeped in history.

Entertaining…

• The focal point of the property has to be the immense entertaining space with it’s vast vaulted ceiling.
• This room will undoubtedly be where your group will gravitate to as it has a bar, lounge area, pool table and the most amazing round 18 seater dining table we have ever seen (think Traitors)!
• From here, you can take the stairs down to the crypt to continue the fun, indulging in a dip in the 8-seater sunken spa pool as a film, show or music plays on the Smart TV, with a sound system and mood lighting to enhance the experience, before taking a turn in the authentic wooden sauna.

Bedrooms & bathrooms…

• Seven luxurious bedrooms, most with en-suites—offer elegance, space and style throughout. Each room is uniquely decorated with high-quality furnishings, and the bathrooms are equally impressive, with some even featuring golden WCs.

• One of the standout bedrooms sits on the first floor. This stunning white suite features an emperor-size bed, a freestanding bath by the window with views of the town and hills, and a private balcony overlooking the main hall.

• Another exceptional bedroom includes a four-poster super-king bed and an en-suite cloakroom, with its own private staircase leading to a beautiful bathroom complete with a freestanding bath, large Smart TV and walk-in shower.

• The remaining bedrooms are located on the ground floor. Two twin rooms each feature two double beds and their own en-suite bathrooms. A further four-poster king-size, super-king-size, twin and double bedroom share two high-quality shower rooms.
