The upper level of your private apartment can sleep 20 guests in ten luxury double beds that mimic those of a luxury cruise liner.  The private pool area can sleep a FURTHER 28 guests (so a maximum group size of 48) across underground cabin rooms sleeping 2-4 guests in each (each with their own bathroom.)
