- Warm crusty sourdough bread with a trio of dips (balsamic & olive oil, aioli & butter, sweet pickle brine & sea salt)
- Padrón peppers
- Gambas pil pil – fresh tiger prawns cooked with chilli & garlic, served with crusty bread
- Sticky glazed chorizo in a rich red wine & honey sauce
- Traditional Spanish meatballs (pork & veal) in a chunky tomato sauce, topped with manchego & chives
- Patatas bravas with spiced tomato sauce & garlic aioli
- Tempura fried Malaga fish (prawns, squid rings & cod) with garlic aioli
- Smoked paprika chicken skewers with red pepper romesco sauce
- Malaga spiced rice with chilli, tomato & fresh oregano
- Fried Spanish tortilla with potato, onion & egg
