The main attraction just has to be the indoor ‘spa area’ with large swimming pool & indoor hot tub.  Large glass doors open out to a small, landscaped outdoor space too with garden seating.  Perfect for a weekend of rest & relaxation!  THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE & therefore we cannot accept bookings here if you’re intending on ‘partying into the small hours’ (we have plenty of other properties where this is suitable).  This is a great property if you’re looking to relax & enjoy times with friends.

This fabulous house boasts three floors of style & comfort (all joined by an impressive spiral staircase) & is situated in one of Manchester sought-after postcodes.

This amazing property sleeps up to 16 guests in five sumptuous bedrooms (across 8 double beds) plus additional sofa beds in the lounge area for up to 4 additional guests if required.

  • Sofa beds will NOT be made up so that the group can use the lounge area on the evening of your arrival but are easily made up

The Retreat also has an absolutely incredible entertaining space with dining table, fully fitted kitchen & spacious lounge area with four large corner sofas.  The dining table can seat 18-20 guests comfortably.  This is a perfect house for a group looking to kick back & relax for the weekend…if you are self-confessed party animals, this is NOT the house for you!
